We Are Kombucha Sparkling Lemongrass
Clean and crisp, citrus and floral. We are Kombucha are based down in Somerset and we feel like this can of Kombuhca is built from the ground up with days surfing the Somerset coastline, salt on your lips and a crisp lip smacking lemongrass flavour going down far too easily.
On the nose, wonderful roasted notes of puffed rice and malty base tones. The palate you get strong wafts of builders tea but without the sweetness. Super dry texture with a subtle sweetness at the back of the palate. Finish of tinned peaches.
PJs Ginger & Lime
Fragrant fresh lime oils on the nose with a little sweet vanilla and fresh cut lime flesh. Wonderful balance with not only acetic and lactic acid from fermentation but the citric acid from the lime prolonging the finish. Earthy floral ginger bringing up the rear without too much fire.
Twisted Strawberry, Hibiscus & Ginger
Big juicey, sun ripened strawberry up front, like a slice of summer. A subtle and elegant fizz from secondary enhances the velvety mouthfeel the strawberries bring. All this is balanced by the tropical acidity of hibiscus contributing both vitamin C and citrus tartness. Again a subtle earthiness of the ginger on the finish without too much fiery bite.
Naturally Fed Watermelon
The taste of summer in the Greek islands, the base Kombucha here is incredibly well balanced with a gentle fizz, and great concentration of flavours. The addition of watermelon here turns this into the ultimate thirst quencher
