Anyone who has visited the warehouse for Friday night drinks knows that high quality agave spirits are the house favourite so we are always experimenting with the best kombuchas to pair with tequila and mezcal.
This is a twist on the infamous Soho House Picante cocktail, essentially a spicy margarita. Here we shake up a classic tommy's margarita with fresh chilli, and top it with Twisted Pineapple, ginger and cascade hops to create this show stopper.

Hopped Pineapple Picante:
- 50ml Blanco tequila
- 25ml lime
- 20ml agave syrup
- 4 slices of fresh red chilli
- Shake hard with ice and strain into a short glass with fresh ice
- Top with twisted pineapple, ginger and cascade hops.
