London fermentary's water kefirs are packed full of live gut-friendly bacteria, C and B vitamins, and all the goodness from ginger, turmeric, and adaptogenic herbs, and they provide a wealth of support to your immune system at a time when it needs it best.
They create many kefir flavours, all with their own unique taste, and they are quite rightly enjoyed on their own straight from the bottle! But they are much more glamorous in a nice glass over ice. Try adding it Aperol and Prosecco for a lively Aperol spritz. Or mix it with tonic water and botanicals for a herby infusion. You can even pour some over the fruit before roasting it to add flavour to the fruit syrup.
