Original - Kombucha brewed according to ancient tradition with no added fruits or herbs for flavouring. Brewed with Ginkgo leaf and Ceylon tea, organic sugar and our kombucha cultures. Characteristically tart, fresh botanical and soft notes of dried apricots. The kombucha is unpasteurised and will have some sediment, which is normal and can be consumed or filtered out.
