Booyah Vitality orange and cinnamon - Mai tai-pe of kombucha.
Delicious twist on a rum punch or a classical Mai tai .
First off grab your shaker.
muddle some fresh pineapple
25ml lime juice
25 ml orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
50ml Cuban rum Eminente. Or any dark rum
Dribble of absinthe
Add ice to shaker
Shake till your blue in the face for that lovely frothy top
Add 50ml Booyah orange & cinnamon kombucha
Strain in to glass with ice then garnish with fresh lime & pineapple
