Boocha Recipe #1: El Diablo

The El Diablo is one of our favourite classic cocktails here at Kombucha Warehouse, quality tequila, blackcurrant liqueur, fresh lime and fiery ginger beer. It was one of the first classic cocktails we twisted to satisfy our thirst for Kombucha. There are so many excellent ginger kombuchas out there with a fiery kick, and the tangy acetic flavours found in booch pair wonderfully with tequila. Instead of cloying sweet liqueur we have opted for fresh raspberries and agave.

 

El Diablo:

  • 50ml quality Tequila, we are using Casamigos Blanco
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15ml agave nectar
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • Shake hard
  • Pour over good ice
  • Top with Kombucha Kat Organic Ginger
  • Garnish with lime and raspberry
  • Kick back, relax and enjoy
