Toddy Kombucha gives you all the comforting warmth of a Hot Toddy to soothe your Winter colds and sniffles. With notes of honey, lemon and spicy cinnamon we loved this tea as soon as we fermented it. Using a blend of Ceylon and Chinese black tea leaves creates a beautifully flavourful spicy, yet sweet Kombucha.
