DESCRIPTION
Bee bread is made by bees mixing pollen with honey in a honeycomb cell and then capping it with beeswax.
Bee bread ferments over the season, breaking down proteins into amino acids, and becomes a superfood high in B-group vitamins and amino acids.
Reishi mushroom has been used to help enhance the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, lessen fatigue, and treat conditions such as high blood pressure and cholesterol.
