Assamson and Goliath is our signature black tea kombucha. It is brewed from the finest Assam tea as used in Northern Ireland's favourite cuppa. The blend is made by our friends at Thompson's tea in full view of the iconic shipyard cranes and (almost) namesake. It is an amber kombucha with a delicate mix of toasted biscuit notes and a round orchard fruit body.
